Dinner Special – End of pepper season chicken stir fry over sweet potato fritters.
A lot(and I mean a lot) of our customers have been unloading all of there gardens pepper bounty on us. Jalapenos, ghost, habaneros, thai and some I have no idea. Tonights dinner special is using the fresh thai chili. Chicken breast pieces are marinated in lime juice, thai chili, and black pepper, sauteed with more thai chiles and served over sweet potato fritters.
