Wednesday Dinner: Beef Brisket Machaca Tacos

Beef brisket slow cooked with chiles, tomatoes, onions and garlic, then shredded and served in soft corn tortillas with rajitas (roasted peppers, queso fresco, heavy cream, onions and garlic), salsa verde, guacamole and rice and beans.
