Today’s lunch special: Fajita mixed platter: chicken, carne asada, shrimp with grilled onion, jalapenos, and tomatoes with corn or flour tortillas served with rice and beans.
For dinner: Chicken and Cheese Chimichangas! Chicken, jack cheese and cilantro filling in a fried flour tortilla burrito with Salsa Verde, Roja and Queso dip on top. Served wth rice and beans.
