Roja – regular red tomato salsa, mild
Pico de gallo – tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and lime juice, mild
Aguacate – looks like guacamole, IT IS NOT! It is an avocado salsa, very hot
Verde – tomatillo salsa, mild
Dos Chiles – made with chile de arbol toasted in bacon fat with tomatoes and garlic, very hot
Habanero jicama – fresh habaneros and jicama, fresh and hot
Roasted corn
Salsa of the day – varies, but pineapple habanero is a favourite!
