We cook Logan Turnpike Mill stone ground white grits with salsa verde, roasted garlic, roasted jalapenos and cream. The finished product is addicting. The we top them with crispy tender carnitas and a little ancho tomato salsa.

If you miss them tonight we add eggs to them on Sunday morning at brunch!
