Fuego Friday!!

Spring is here and Rob has the smoker fired up and will be serving two specials from the grill tonight!!

Lunch Special: Marinated Skirt Steak Tostadas with roasted tomato habanero sauce, refried black beans, lettuce and fresh avocado.

Tonight from the Grill: Carne Asada a la Tampiqueña and Five spice duck breast

Rob will be marinating London broil and grilling to a perfect Medium Rare for slicing. The sliced steak will be arranged and topped with a Tampico sauce, manchego cheese and avocado. We will be serving with sauced corn tortillas, mexican rice and black beans.

The duck breast will be grilled, sliced and served with a toasted pecan and chipotle salsa, roasted sweet potato empinada and turnip greens.
