Where there is smoke, there is MEAT!! Rob has the smoker cranking out beef brisket, pork belly, chicken and salmon.

Lunch Special – Smoked chicken with peach bbq sauce and cilantro corn cakes.

Dinner Special – Machaca – Beef Brisket rubbed with ancho chile and Guatamalan coffee, started on the smoker then slow cooked in red wine with spices. Shredded and served with rajitas, tortillas, guacamole and salsa verde.
