Tonight’s dinner special – Roasted Prime Rib Tampiqueña with mixed field green salad, red chile viniagrette and refried black beans.
We adapt this traditional dish from the Mexican Port City of Tampico by using oven roasted prime rib. We place the prime rib slice over Tampico sauce(onions, tomatoes, garlic) and top it with manchego cheese.
