Lunch Special: Smoked Turkey Salad with maple chipotle viniagrette **Rob has brined and pecan wood smoked a few turkey breasts and they are awesome!! We are dicing it and serving it atop romaine, spinach, roasted corn, tomatoes, red onion, bacon and avocado.
Dinner Special: Smoked chicken tostadas with black beans, romaine, roasted tomato salsa and fresh avocado.
