Rob was unable to find Achiote paste at the market today so tonight’s special will be modified a tad. Habanero orange marinated chicken breast with lime butter over black beans and rice with pico de gallo.

Tonight’s dinner special will feature the smoked chicken that is currently in the smoker. Smoked Chicken Salad Burrito with fresh basil, juicy mango and jack cheese. OMG will it be good!!
Rob is going to firing up the Big Black Box Smoker this afternoon to smoke some whole chickens and Salmon. Come bask in the wonderful aroma and enjoy some tasty fresh food and drink.
