What wonderful weather for mid December!! Rob has roasted some chickens, shredded the meat, tossed it with a tequila lime sauce and put it into warm soft corn tortillas with pico de gallo. Black beans and rice come with two tacos for a scrumptious dinner. We look forward to seeing you tonight.
Tonight’s Special is a Ribburrito and it is boneless!! Rob smoked some baby back ribs, pulled and shredded the meat and is rolling it in a jalapeño tortilla with chipotle bbq sauce, sweet potatoes, pineapple slaw and fried pickled jalapeños. YUM on a chilly night.
