Today’s Lunch Special is a red chile hickory smoked salmon salad with Rob’s dressing. Tonight’s special is our Saturday staple- Green Chile Grits with Fresh Carnitas and Ancho Chile sauce. We will be closed Easter Sunday!
Hickory Grilled Salmon with red chile tarragon chimichurri, roasted asparagus and black beans.
Rob will be preparing fresh fish on the grill this Friday. Specific Fish and accompaniments TBA.
