Alejandro is preparing the Mexican celebratory dish Birria (we are using lamb). Birriaqueso tacos are the happening thing these days so we thought we should give it a go!!
Lamb shoulder marinated in chiles and spices overnight. Slow cooked in the marinade and broth, shredded and served in corn tortillas dipped in the cooking broth with onions, cilantro and cheese.
