CANTINA TIME UDATE

We are making some improvements to the restaurant with the addition of a fantastic mural on the wall, interior color changes, an updated menu, eight new craft beer taps for a total of 11 taps, and a new Cantina look with a fantastic selection of tequilas and daily drink specials!!

The taps are flowing!! and the Tequilas are waiting for you!

Sunday Brunch – Every Sunday!

Brunch menu available from 10-2!!
Our Mexican and BBQ menus are available from 11am – 9pm.

Sunday Supper

Holiday Time!!! Short work week and lots too celebrate, so come celebrate with us and enjoy great fresh food, eleven draft options, great margaritas and 19 different 100% agave tequilas and mezcals!!

Dinner Special – Poblano Relleno Plate – One ground beef stuffed poblano pepper and one cheese stuffed poblano pepper. Served with rice and beans.

Saturday

Lunch Special – Bistec Ranchero, tender flank steak simmered in beef broth with chipotle puree, tomatoes and red onions. Served with rice, beans, and warm soft tortillas.

Soups – Chicken  or Pozole

DINNER SPECIAL, Green chile grits topped with carnitas and ancho chile sauce.

Fuego Friday

The smoker is pluming intoxicating flavor into the air. Today we are smoking fresh pork belly, Turkey’s, Salmon, beef brisket and pork shoulder! Point yourself in our direction and come enjoy part of your day or evening with us!!

Lunch Special – Fresh wood grilled salmon filet with cilantro jalapeño sour cream and corn griddle cakes – $9

Dinner Special – Grilled flank steak burrito with grilled onions, green peppers, bacon, jack cheese, crispy potatoes and arbol chile salsa.  Meat nervana in a tortilla!!

Eleven beers on tap and lots of tequila – What more could you ask for on Friday!!

Thursday

We have a great lunch special for you today: Sliced flank steak cooked with tomatoes, onions and chipotle served with corn tortillas and your choice of beans and rice. Spice up your day!

Dinner Special – Relleno madness – Two roasted stuffed peppers with different fillings. One poblano pepper with a ground beef filling and an Anaheim Chile with goat cheese filling. Served with three sauces, rice and beans.

If you haven’t been in lately, we’ve added more draft beer selections for a total of 11! At lunch you can get one of them for only $4!

Wednesday- Christmas is on the Horizon

Time for your mid-week lunch break! We have just the special for you: habanero orange glazed pork loin with ancho chile mashed potatoes.

Dinner Special – Grilled orange marinated chicken breast with habanero cream sauce over fresh vegetables.
