Friday Dinner: Ribs, then Enchiladas!

Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs:
Half rack of our house smoked pork ribs – smoked with hickory and cherry woods. Served with chipotle BBQ sauce and grilled pineapple.

When those run out, we’ll have:
Enchiladas Montana
Smoked salmon with roasted corn and jalapeño sauce over wilted spinach.
