Ben Atherholt, Rob’s son, will be leaving Taqueria El Vecino for Appalachian State University Wednesday morning. Ben has been helping out for the last two years and started waiting tables this past spring. He has been an important part of Taqueria El Vecino and we all wish him the best.
This Friday’s grill special will be – Red chili grilled sirloin steak burrito with crispy garlic yukon gold potatoes, Roasted tomato salsa, black beans, and caramelized onions.
Rob will have the smoker fired up on Sunday this week due to the NC trip. Come on out Sunday for some food fresh from the Big Black Box Smoker!!
