Rob has the new smoker fired up and loaded with Boston Butt and chicken. We will begin the evening with fresh from the smoker chicken tostadas with black beans, romaine lettuce, roasted tomato salsa and fresh papaya slaw.
As the pork butts get ready later in the night we will offer it to you just about any way you like it- in a burrito, tacos or just sauced on a plate with some slaw!
