Taqueria closure Labor Day

The Taqueria will be closed September 6,7 and 8 for remodeling. That is Labor day and the Tuesday and Wednesday afterwards.

We will be painting and expanding the kitchen to better serve you!

Thurs 8/5 – Red Chile and cheese enchiladas with black beans and rice.

Fri 8/6 – Fresh smoked beef brisket burrito with roasted tomato and shallot salsa, charros beans, rice, crispy onions and queso fresco.

Saturday night – Green Chile grits with carnitas and ancho chile tomato salsa.

Rob has the new smoker fired up and loaded with Boston Butt and chicken. We will begin the evening with fresh from the smoker chicken tostadas with black beans, romaine lettuce, roasted tomato salsa and fresh papaya slaw.

As the pork butts get ready later in the night we will offer it to you just about any way you like it- in a burrito, tacos or just sauced on a plate with some slaw!

Come on in and beat the heat with some ice cold margaritas and the freshest Mexican inspired food around!
