Mother nature appears to be playing catch up for our mild spring. We have a delicious chilled smoked turkey summer salad for our lunch special today. Enjoy it with some fresh squeezed limeade over ice.

Tonight’s Special- Green Chile Grits with Carnitas and ancho chile tomato drizzle.

Rob has the smoker fired up. Crazy!!!! Sure it is but the smoked turkey will be delicious on the cool summer salad we are preparing for tonight. He is also smoking salmon and pork bellies. Look for the pork bellies to be transformed into a delicious taco on Sunday.
